The Chapel--***Maximum Seating Capacity is 100 people.***
     The Hickory Creek Wedding Chapel has a beautifully decorated sanctuary, complete with candelabras and floral arrangements, in a romantic setting, with a church atmosphere and will seat up to 100 guests. Reception Hall ( already decorated) is also available.
      You MUST have your** Tennessee** Marriage License before service can be performed, which can be obtained at any Tennessee County Court Clerks office.
      Your ceremony can be formal, semi-formal or casual. Appointments are necessary for your ceremony.

YOUR CEREMONY--
      We provide a licensed officiate and their gratuity, that is on staff or you may arrange for your own minister to come.  We provide pre-recorded wedding music for your guests and the wedding ceremony.  We also have an electric piano/organ available for you use if you have someone to play or sing.

WEDDING PHOTOS --
      Our photographer uses digital photos producing 4x6 standard photos of your ceremony.  copies and enlarements are also available for an extra fee. We develope our own pictures and the cd's are property of the chapel. A family member is welcome to video your event as our person no longer does it..

FLOWERS--
      The Chapel is permanently decorated with greenery and white and ivory silk flowers for the ceremony.  Our packages include silk flower bouquets and boutineers.

LIMOUSINE SERVICE--
      A chauffer driven limousine is available for an additional fee and is Tennessee Licensed and fully insured.

TENNESSEE MARRIAGE LAWS--
      Under Tennessee law there is no waiting period for a marriage license unless a minor is involved.  There is no medical requirements for your license.

RECEPTION HALL--
      Our wedding chapels reception hall is permanently decorated as well.  We furnish a microwave, coffee pot, punch bowl, food serving tables, fellowship tables, seating chairs, a refrigerator, table covers and a tape/cd player (you will need to bring your own music for player).
      The Hickory Creek Wedding Chapel also has Reception food packages with serving services available (Pricing upon request).

COSTS--PAYMENTS AND REGULATIONS--
      A deposit of 1/2 of package price is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable if you cancel. The balance is due 21 days prior to the wedding date.        We do not take out of state checks.  We take MasterCard, Discover and Visa credit cards.     There are time limits on services. There are no rehearsals.  By coming 15 to 45 minutes before (depending on wedding size, for time allowance before ceremony) gives you time for the bride and groom to dress or freshen up and receive your instructions.

RECEPTION HALL---      If your package does not a reception, Reception packages can be purchased with wedding packages. We have our own cateror and our own menus.
